Job: Junior Sourcer

Work format: full-time, remote

Salary: negotiable

We are looking for a sourcer who gets real pleasure from systematic, deep and monotonous work - the very "detective" process, where attention to details, analytics and the ability to find the right candidate where others are not even looking.

Soft skills that you already have:

  • Pedantism, accuracy, structure;
  • Proactivity and the ability to go beyond the standard;
  • Curiosity, love for solving unusual problems tasks;
  • Multitasking, tendency to work with arrays of information;
  • Resistance to monotonous work and a sincere "high" from routine processes;
  • Openness to learning and changing one's own approaches.

Hardt skills that you will learn from us:

  • Sourcing on LinkedIn; Work with Premium LinkedIn; Knowledge of Boolean search;
  • Understanding LinkedIn algorithms and the specifics of outreach;
  • Work with all other sourcing channels (job portals, social networks, messengers);
  • Search and engagement in non-typical channels - "out of the box";
  • Work with CRM;
  • Data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing for 3-4 vacancies:

  • Cold candidate search and hot search methods and in all resources;
  • Finding and attracting new sourcing hypotheses.

Outreach:

  • Establishing the first contact with candidates;
  • Conducting active dialogues in all possible messengersposts and social networks regarding vacancies; Timely and constant communication with candidates;
  • Personalized follow-up;
  • Processing of objections;
  • Search for contacts (phone, email, social networks, messengers) of candidates.

Organization interview:

  • Providing the recruiter with a certain number of interviews for each of the vacancies; Organization of interviews based on available slots of the recruiter;
  • Controlling the attendance of candidates for interviews.

Organization of processes:

  • Maintenance of Google Calendar (booking interviews, transfer);
  • Entering information into CRM.

Team participation and reporting:

  • Participating in daily morning planning;
  • Constant communication and provision feedback to the recruiter;
  • Completing the daily digest;
  • Providing in-depth analysis and reporting on the source chain upon request.
