• Active search and selection of candidates for various areas of the company

• Full support of candidates at all stages of the recruiting process

• Using modern channels and tools recruiting

• Participation in the development of HR processes and the formation of the company's HR brand

• Understanding social network algorithms and their principles of operation

• Experience in creating and implementing content

• Creative and at the same time systematic approach to work

• Experience working as an SMM manager will be an advantage
