I am currently looking for a recruiter to join our incredible team, I have 10 years of HR experience and promise to be next to you and help all the way)

What should be done?

• Search and recruitment: closing vacancies of various levels of complexity (searching for candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, providing feedback candidates and managers, preparation of job offers) (on average 1-2 vacancies per month);
• Analyze the labor market in order to be aware of trends and find the best recruiting solutions;
• Help in the development of HR processes in the company;
• Help in the formation of a positive HR brand: participation in projects to develop the company's HR brand; organization of events to promote the company among potential candidates: job fairs, cooperation with universities;
• Maintain corporate culture and a healthy atmosphere in the team.

How do we see our ideal candidate?

• Desire to develop in recruiting;
• Experience as a recruiter from 0.5 to 2 years;
• Ability to communicate with people, listen and find an approach to candidates;
• Willingness to work with a large amount of information and adapt quickly;
• Ability to present the company and the vacancy well candidates;
• Basic skills of working with job portals, social networks and personnel search tools.
