Recruiter with knowledge of the Polish language (remote) in Agentify Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews with candidates in Polish (work with a sourcer);
• Assessment of candidate's communication skills, motivation and compliance with requirements
• Assistance of candidates at all stages of selection;
• Interaction with hiring managers, trainers and supervisors;
• Maintenance of the database of candidates in CRM style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">use of Google tools (sheets, calendar, mail).
  
  Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting is required (preferably in the field of sales, call center);
• Polish language - B2 (required);
• Knowledge of various techniques and methods of conducting interviews,
• Experience of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Ability to work in Google Document (Google Sheets, Excel).
•  Experience with ATS/CRM systems; 
•  Developed communication skills and analytical thinking;
