We are looking for an energetic and proactive recruiter to help us find the best specialists. If you enjoy communication, know how to quickly find the right people and want to influence the development of the team - this is your chance!

What will you do?

• Search for candidates - social networks, databases, networking, ATS (do you know what we are talking about??);
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
• Coordinate with team leaders and quickly close vacancies;
• Describe and post vacancies to find the right people;
• Building an employer brand - we want people to want to come to us!

What is important to us?

• Experience in mass recruitment (you know how to quickly find a lot of cool people);
• Ability to work with ATS and resume databases;
• Knowledge of search and headhunting methods;
• Great communication skills - you easily find a common language with anyone;
• Result orientation, attention to detail, critical thinking.
