We are looking for an English-speaking Talent Manager who will be responsible for attracting specialists to the business, operational and management areas of the miltech company. This role directly affects the stability of internal processes, the quality of management and the efficient operation of the company.
The company is actively expanding and expanding cooperation with foreign partners, therefore recruiting English-speaking specialists is a critically important function. You will ensure the full cycle of recruitment - from the formation of requirements and sourcing of candidates to conducting interviews in English and accompanying the offer - for office, commercial, financial, legal and management roles.
The role involves close interaction with heads of departments and top management, participation in planning staffing needs and building transparent, predictable recruitment processes. You will become a partner to the business in matters of team building and maintaining the growth rate of the company without losing the quality of hiring.
Mission: to ensure a stable flow of English-speaking talent to key business and operational teams and to create a reliable recruiting system that supports the strategic development of a miltech company in a fast-paced environment scaling.
Your key tasks:
- Full-Cycle R&D Recruiting: Full-cycle management — from in-depth communication with the company's technical specialists,regarding R&D needs prior to the formation and successful offer of a candidate.
- Strategic Search: Development and implementation of an effective search strategy for unique technical and managerial professionals (from engineers to top management).
- Expert Evaluation: Conducting interviews and comprehensive evaluation of candidates who are able to strengthen our innovative potential.
- Organization of the Process: Coordination of interaction between candidates and relevant departments of the company, ensuring flawless Candidate Experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintaining an up-to-date database in CRM, conducting necessary reporting and active participation in strategic meetings.
Competencies and expectations from the candidate:
- Experience: 1 year of successful experience in recruiting (IT/Tech direction will be an advantage).
- Skills: command of English at the Upper - Intermediate level.
- Communication and Influence: High level of communication skills, ability to build trust and convincingly present the company.
- Resistance to stress and Determination: Ability to work under time-limited conditionsc, make quick and well-considered decisions.
