Together with the team You will be a SUPERPERSON:

• Search and recruit personnel for open office vacancies
• Create a job profile and formulate requirements for the candidate
• Create a search strategy one or another specialist, taking into account all requirements and limitations
• Conduct telephone screening and complex interview (online/offline) and candidate evaluation
• Form job offer and work with counter-offers
• Accompany candidates to the registration stage to the company's staff
• Report on vacancies and vacancy statuses in the ATS system

Important for us:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (in Retail will be an advantage)
• Higher professional education (psychology, sociology, pedagogy, marketing)
• Proficiency in methods and technologies selection
• Knowledge of software: MS Office, Microsoft Excel (at the basic level)
• Proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness and diplomacy
• Fluent communication in the Ukrainian language
