We are looking for a Recruitment / TA Specialist who can build effective digital and tech teams with a focus on quality, not volume. You will lead end-to-end recruiting (Digital & Tech) and be a key driver of scaling the agency. This is a role for those who value autonomy, consistency and impact. We're transforming our processes, so you'll be a strategic partner with a direct impact on culture and growth strategy. Working side by side with a foundry, you will get the space to implement your own approaches without excessive formalism and bureaucracy.
Our ideal candidate
Hard skills:
- 2+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting.
- Successful cases of closing difficult positions in the IT/Digital domain.
- Deep sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing TalentManager, X-Ray, GitHub, Slack, niche communities, etc.).
- Owning techniques for interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Understanding features of the labor market and relevant job boards.
- Experience with ATS/CRM.
- Knowledge of GDPR standards and discipline in working with documentation.
- Fluent English (oral and written); German is an advantage.
Soft skills: Structured thinking, responsibility, cross-cultural communication, sales and presentation skills, analytical mindset, high emotional intelligence.
Areas of responsibility
- Managing the full cycle of recruiting: from the brief to onboarding, including the design and implementation of processes.
- Creation and publication of vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Active search for candidates through various channels.
- Conducting screenings, competency-based interviews and cultural fit assessment.
- CRM/ATS management and analytics tracking (time-to-fill, funnel conversion etc.).
