Assistant psychologist in an IT company (we will consider candidates without experience) in Tistol M., FOP

We are a young and fast-growing IT company that cares about its employees. We are looking for a Psychologist's Assistant who will become an important link in our support system.

Your tasks:

• Help in drawing up a schedule of consultations and trainings, maintaining a client base, preparing an office for meetings.

• Answer the requests of employees, help them make an appointment with a psychologist, inform about upcoming events and webinars.

• Collect and systematize data at the request of employees, analyze the effectiveness of our programs.

• Participation in the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving the psychological climate in the company.

What we expect from you:

• Psychology, social work or related specialties.

• Weekly you know how to listen and hear, you are sensitive to personal boundaries and privacy.

• Ability to plan and meet deadlines.

• Desire to develop in the field of corporate psychology and IT environment.

• Ability to competently express thoughts in writing and orally. Knowledge of English will be a plus.

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:30 to 18:00
• Salary: from 25,000 to 30,000 UAH.
