We are looking for an ambitious specialist who will strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and become an expert in the field of Executive Search and the selection of Mid-Senior and C-level specialists. Your role will be to find unique talents in the fields of Finance, Law, HR, Education and Marketing for our clients in Ukraine and abroad.

We offer unique flexibility in the choice of specialization: you can focus on deep search (Sourcing), expert assessment (Screening and Interviewing) or to master Full-Cycle recruiting, leading the vacancy from the brief to the final offer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic search and sourcing: Development of effective candidate search strategies for Mid-Senior and Executive positions.

  • Expert assessment: Conducting initial screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' professional and personal competencies.

  • Consultative Engagement: Supporting communication with clients and providing expert advice on candidate profiles.

  • Candidate Management: Ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
