Over the past year, the PJ team collected over 28 billion hryvnias to help the army. But fundraising is only the tip of the iceberg. 

Every day we communicate with the military, purchase equipment, organize logistics and deliveries, go on business trips, work with documentation and grants, conduct public reporting, attract support in Ukraine and abroad, launch creative collaborations, track the number of crashes in "Dronopada", edit cool reels of these crashes, we create analytical studies, organize sports events for veterans, improve education and training in the army.

For such scale, pace and quality of work, we really need strong people in the team. Your task will be to find and attract professionals who do not care what is happening at the front and in the country. 

What you will do:

  • Duringthe first 2 months (test period)
    • you will fully immerse yourself in the specifics, structure, projects of the organization and the roles you work with;
    • you will begin to build interaction with hiring managers: from the joint formation of a role profile to the construction of an effective hiring strategy;
    • you will independently manage at least 4 vacancies in parallel: from the search request to the exit of the candidate;
    • you will understand the current bottlenecks in the recruiting process;
    • you will be involved in onboarding new colleagues: creating an onboarding plan, supporting the manager and newcomers during the trial period.
  • During the first 6-12 months
    • you will steadily and efficiently close vacancies at various levels and functions in the organization: military, operational, IT, creative, managerial (we have many interesting roles);
    • you will actively work with metrics and analytics;
    • you will propose and implement several improvements in the recruiting process (new approaches to sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate experience, interaction with managers, etc.);
    • you will become a key partner for managers in hiring questions and needs.

  • have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting;
  • work not only with vacancies, but also with recruitment challenges (specific / highly specialized vacancies, personnel crisis, focus on value and security components, long-term and multi-stage selection process);

  • you build partnerships with hiring managers and help them make the right hiring decisions;
  • you think systematically and analytically, you know how to work with metrics and draw practical conclusions from them;
  • you know how to effectively organize your work, work with several vacancies in parallel andkeep the focus on the result;
  • you are not afraid to take a leadership role in the processes and initiate changes;
  • you can share cases when your initiative or approach helped to significantly improve the hiring result.
  • you feel that your personal aspirations and values coincide with our mission and values.
