We invite you to work as the director of the city utility company "Vinnytsia Zelenbud"

City utility company "Vinnytsia Green Building" is a specialized enterprise in issues of greening, maintenance and improvement of settlements of the Vinnytsia urban territorial community, as well as issues of humane treatment of animals and regulation of their numbers by humane methods.

1. General requirements for the candidate

• availability of Ukrainian citizenship;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• higher education - master's degree (specialist) or bachelor's degree in relevant areas: agricultural sector (landscape design, agronomy, horticulture economy, botany); management and administration; economics / management; construction.

2.1. Management experience:

• minimum total work experience: not less than 5 years;
• experience in managerial positions: not less than 3 years at the level of head of a structural unit, department or head of an enterprise/organization;
• experience in managing a large team (not less than 50 employees), in particular experience in work organization production crews, technical staff and administrative divisions, planning of the enterprise's activities and control of the execution of production tasks.

2.2. Industry experience

Preference to candidates with experience in:

• greening of territories, communal economy, beautification;
• agricultural sector / horticulture;
• experience as a manager in similar communal enterprises or municipal structures.

3. Professional competences

3.1. Management skills

• skills in the management system, namely: planning, organization, control of work processes and analysis of results;
• skills in financial and budget management;
• skills in human capital management: selection, motivation, evaluation of work results.

3.2. Technological knowledge (an advantage if there is this experience)

3.3. Legislative and regulatory awareness
• experience of working with regulatory documents, standards, state building regulations, laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, etc.

4. Additional requirements

• having recommendations from previous employers and a portfolio/resume with a description of implemented projects will be an advantage;
• confident PC user (MS Office Word - preparation of management documents, orders; Excel - budgeting, financial analysis, summary tables; PowerPoint - presentations of development programs, electronic by mail)

Responsibilities:

• forming and implementing the company's development strategy, determining priority areas of activity and searching for new opportunities for growth;

• ensuring effective organization and coordination work of the enterprise, management of operational processes;

• organization and control of the financial, economic and economic activities of the enterprise in accordance with current legislation and internal policies;

• ensuring effective interaction between the structural units of the enterprise, coordinating their activities to achieve strategic and operational goals.
