Center of oriental medicine with 19 years of experience, more than 9,000 patients. We have implemented a modern learning system (LMS), where candidates undergo video adaptation and testing before starting work.

We need a person who will not just search for candidates, but create a stable flow and bring them to the start of training.

Your task

Ensure a constant flow of candidates and bring them to the entrance to the training system (LMS).

Responsibilities

Search for candidates (online managers, massage therapists, diagnosticians)
Posting vacancies and working with reviews
Correspondence with candidates based on ready-made scripts
Primary selection (5-10 minutes)
Transfer of candidates to the training system (LMS)
Control: who started training, who passed the first level
Maintenance of the table candidates
Daily brief report

Remote
1-2 hours per day

Payment (model B)

1. Hourly rate (negotiable)

for the candidate who responded
for the candidate who entered the LMS

Your income directly depends on the result

KPI

number of new candidates per day
number of candidates brought to LMS

Requirements

experience in recruiting (preferably online)
ability to quickly select candidates
competent written language
discipline and daily reporting
willingness to work on system
