How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• consulting managers on issues of team management, people development, motivation and retention of employees.
• supporting managers in solving difficult situations in teams (conflicts, reduced involvement, turnover risks)
• ensuring the full life cycle of a teammate: adaptation, probation, changes in the team, Performance Review, relocation, mobilization. Initiation and implementation of employee experience programs
• initiation of process improvement and implementation of best practices. Development, optimization, updating and automation of HR processes
• analysis of eNPS, 1:1, other surveys. Control of the formation and implementation of initiatives by managers, assistance in timely identification and elimination of blockers
• work with teams/teammates during changes, identification of risks of new implementations
• timely identification and escalation of risks to save teammates
• facilitation of complex conversations. Development of tools for their constructive solution and recommendations for managers on managing such cases
• mentoring of leaders in matters of team dynamics
• integration of corporate culture in the daily work of teams. Supporting healthy team interaction and fostering a culture of feedback
• facilitating BP, L&D tools with managers/teams. Formation of proposals for the development of soft skills
• development and implementation of psychological support projects, veterans, support of the inclusion & diversity program
ChelAngie for 3 months:
• get to know the company structure, teams and key processes
• get to know the HR system and other tools for work
• get to know managers and teams in the area of responsibility and establish interaction
• understand the key challenges and risks in the teams and conduct an initial analysis of the state of the teams (turnover, eNPS, cases, workload)
• support managers in solving key people-issues (take over completely the functionality in your direction)
• propose ideas for solving problems and support teams
• form a plan for further work with teams for the next quarters
To achieve results, you will need:
• experience of 4 years or more in the role of People Partner / HR Business Partner in IT companies (in the environment contact centers - will be an advantage)
• experience in HR support of teams with 100+ employees
• deep understanding of key HR processes (adaptation, development, retention, performance management, off-boarding)
• understanding of approaches and the ability to conduct 1-on-1 meetings, determine motivation, involvement and retention of teammates
• experience in resolving conflict situations and maintaining a healthy team interaction
• support of leaders in people-decisions and risk management in teams
• ability to work with eNPS indicators, turnover, engagement
• high level of communication skills and the ability to facilitate difficult conversations and conflicts
• partnership with L&D and operational teams in the development of adaptation and training programs
• practical experience in consulting managers with HR-issues and people-management
• ability to detect early signals of burnout, reduced engagement and turnover risks
• ability to advise managers on organizational changes, team structure, roles and skills development
• understanding of HR metrics
• experience supporting organizational changes and changes in teams
• English - B2
