We are expanding the team and are looking for an energetic Recruiter who knows how to find "diamonds" among a large number of reviews. The main focus is mass recruitment (Chat Operators) and spot search for strong leaders (Team Lead Sales).
Important: we are not offices, not forex, not crypto, not arbitrage
What needs to be done:
Full recruiting cycle: publication of vacancies, active search for candidates, conducting primary screenings (filtering) of the candidate
Qualification: screening out irrelevant candidates according to our criteria (filtering according to soft skills and technical requirements).
Organization of interviews: transfer of "warm" and verified candidates to managers.
Management bases: recruitment funnel reporting (Google spreadsheet)
Candidate requirements:
Experience in recruiting (preferably in the niches of Sales or mass recruitment, ideally with the ability to search in "difficult" niches such as traffic arbitrage or crypto) from 6 months.
Ability to work with various search sources (Robota.ua, Work.ua, Telegram channels, LinkedIn, traffic from Facebook or influence marketing).
High level of self-discipline (work is completely remote).
The conditions we offer:
Full remoteness: work from anywhere in the world.
Flexibility: the main thing for us is closed positions, not hours worked.
Transparent payment:
Fixed rate — $200 (9,000 hryvnias)
Bonus for each candidate who went to work — from $50 to $200 (depending on the complexity of the vacancy).
The total income of an active recruiter starts from 15,000 — 20,000 UAH and has no "ceiling".
