What you will do:
- Brief customers, form a profile of candidates and search tactics
- Search for candidates through databases, sourcing, direct contacts
- Conduct calls/interviews
- Conduct analytics - see what works and what needs to be improved
- Create reports, comment on candidates, communicate with customers
What are the terms:
- Guaranteed monthly payment for each vacancy at work
- Average guaranteed income for normal loading (5-7 projects): 22000 - 30500 UAH/month
- Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00 — stable, without chaos
- Fully remote
- Access to all tools (targeting, templates, knowledge base)
