Recruiter remotely in Trivexa

Trivexa is a marketing agency that works with product IT companies and helps them develop brands. We offer a full range of services - from creating unique design solutions and building a visual brand style to developing creative materials and high-quality content retouching. 

We are looking for a recruiter who will help scale the team in key areas:

• operational management - systematization and control of processes; 
• analytics- working with data and reporting; 
• retouching and content - quality of visuals; 
• customer service - communication and support.

Recruiter duties:

• Development and management of the recruitment funnel for each vacancy
• Search and selection of candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Preparation of short profiles of candidates, recommendations and coordination of interviews with managers. 
• Description, publication and updating of vacancies
• Maintenance of the candidate database
• Regular analytics and reporting
• Support for the adaptation of new employees
• Development of the HR function in the company
• Supporting teams during peak periods
• Help with administrative or operational tasks
• English will be advantage

Conditions

• Guaranteed rate of $350 for a full working month (after 3 months when the KPI is reached, the rate will increase to $400)
• Bonus for closing vacancies - from $100 to $200 per vacancy
• Paid vacation of 14 days per year
• Paid sick leave
• Schedule - Mon-Fri 10-19
• Monthly salary payment linked to the dollar exchange rate
