Goals the head of the maintenance department:

• management of the department;
• development and growth of the department; 
and technogenic safety);
• Experience in a managerial position (from 2-3 years);
• Knowledge in such areas:

-fire prevention norms and rules;

-usefire extinguishing, fire alarm, smoke and lightning protection systems;

-supervisory and preventive activities in the field of fire safety. 

• Analytical thinking and a high level of communication skills;
• Advanced PC user;
• Working with the company website, interaction with contractors;
• Leadership qualities;
• Proactivity and striving for professional development;
• High efficiency, stress resistance, flexibility;
• Orientation on results.

Terms work:

• Comfortable office;
• Pyatidenka;
• Working schedule from 9:00 to 18:00;
• Lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00;
• Registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
