Recruiter remotely in RoBeauty

RoBeauty — Ukrainian brand of care cosmetics with its own laboratory and production. We are trusted by more than 200,000 clients in Ukraine and Europe (Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany).

We are expanding the direction of marketing — we are looking for a recruiter who knows how to find school specialists, and not just "close vacancies".

Your tasks:

• Work with internal customers: receive a brief, coordinate stages, coordinate interviews, collect feedback.
• Actively search for candidates in marketing (SMM, targeting, project managers) other "office" departments
• Conduct initial interviews, accompany candidates to join the team.
• Ensure implementation of the plan (3 - 5 closed vacancies per month).

We expect:

• Experience in recruiting marketing specialists (SMM, target specialists, designers, project managers, etc.) from 1 year is mandatory.

• Ability to work with various search channels: job platforms, social networks, professional communities and recommendations.

• Ability to independently manage the full cycle of recruitment - from the search to the final approval of the candidate.

• Systematic in working with the candidate base and the ability to hold several vacancies at the same time.

• Responsibility for the quality and speed of closing positions, orientation on the result.

Terms:

• Format: remote, full-time employment.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
• Accounting of working hours: through Time Doctor — transparent and without surprises.
• Payment: 25,000 UAH rate + 6 000 hryvnias bonus upon completion of the recruitment plan.
