Currently, our talent acquisition team is looking for a Recruiter to join the team and help attract the best specialists.

The main goal of the position:to ensure effective recruitment, supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process and participating in the implementation and optimization of recruiting projects.

The following interesting tasks await you:

  • Talent search: active search for candidates through job sites, social networks, recommendations of colleagues and other channels.
  • Closing of vacancies: support for the selection of specialists in various fields - from line personnel to technical and management roles.
  • Communication and assessment: conducting telephone and online interviews, evaluating the experience, competencies and personal qualities of candidates.
  • Supporting candidates: ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages — from the first contact to signing the offer and going to work.
  • Accounting, reporting and optimization of processes:maintenance of the candidate database, preparation of analytical reports and proposals for improving recruiting processes for more effective and high-quality hiring.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of work in recruitment (mass or key recruitment).
  • Professional skills: work with social networks and job platforms; basic methods of assessing candidates' competencies and soft/hard skills.
  • Communication: the ability to easily find a common language with customers and provide quality feedback about candidates.
  • Organization: the ability to manage several vacancies at the same time without losing control over the process.
  • Responsibility and attention to detail: orientation to the result and quality of selection, skill work with a large amount of information and effectively in a team.
  • Focus on quality: striving to find the best candidate and ensure a comfortable experience for all participants in the process.
