Building Ukraine Together (BUR) is a public organization that systematically involves young people in creating changes in Ukraine through volunteering and non-formal education.< /p>

We invite a recruiter to the team. The purpose of this position is to provide the organization with qualified professionals. With us, you have the opportunity to realize yourself and join a valuable cause. Main duties:

• Working with various sources searching for candidates and participating in the development of the employer's brand;
• Full cycle of recruiting;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and providing feedback;
• Conducting analytics of recruiting processes and preparation of reports;
• Participation in HR processes of the organization aimed at improving recruitment processes;
• Interaction with internal customers related to vacancies;
• Participation in development and implementing innovative methods of attracting talent.
