Requirements for the candidate:

Skill to communicate effectively on the phone;

Skill to work with documents;

Confident use of a computer;

Searching for potential buyers, maintaining long-term relationships with the client;

Managing the client base, Instagram and Facebook and Tik Tok;

Orientation on the result in work and progressive salary, responsibility and stress resistance;

Learning is possible.

Welcome: Experience as a recruiter, recruitment manager, customer/sales manager, experience in mass recruitment, closing vacancies.

Main duties:

Mass recruiting for employers;

Presentation over the phone to potential job seekers (salary, company conditions) and selection of the most suitable vacancies;

CLOSING vacancies in the required period;

Communicating with clients, conducting interviews, preparing resumes;

Preparation of documents for obtaining a work visa (support);

Client management (from consultation to leaving for work).

Working conditions:

Official employment;

Salary from 14,000 to 46,000 hryvnias (depends on the number of vacancies you close per month) + bonuses, bonuses + additional payment for seniority in the company

Working schedule: Mon-Fri: 9.00-18.00
