Denterum is a company that specializes in organizing online courses and webinars for dentists and dental technicians on the Polish market.

Our courses help doctors improve their skills and stay up to date with the latest practices in dentistry. Our mission is to advance medicine through education.

Who should you look for?

Our course instructors are experienced dentists and dental technicians. There are dozens of topics in dentistry: prosthetics, surgery, orthodontics, hygiene, etc. Each topic requires a separate course and a separate lecturer.

Our goal is to attract as many cool teachers as possible. For example, in Ukraine we already work with more than 200 lecturers. In Poland - so far only from 20+. The potential is huge, and therefore the opportunities for your development are also great.

This is where we need you.

We are looking for a person who will "sell" the idea of ​​cooperation with us to potential lecturers. 

Important: we do not sell anything to the lecturer in the classical sense. 

On the contrary, we pay him a performance fee and gather participants for him. We only need the consent of the lecturer to cooperate.

What the process looks like:

1. We look for lecturers of interest to us in social networks, clinics, on professional websites, we find all possible contacts.
2. We write to them and offer a short conversation.
3. We agree on a phone or Zoom call (there are ready-made scripts and a presentation for the meeting).
4. We hold a meeting and let's agree on cooperation.

How to do each of these stages - we will teach and support at the start.

If you do not have experience in medicine or dentistry - it is not a problem. We have a simple and clear adaptation program especially for people without a medical background.

Work format:

• Remote
• Part-time (4 hours a day)
• Flexible schedule that you can adjust yourself.

What is important to us:

• Fluent command of the Polish language (oral and written)
• Experience in recruiting or sales
• Independence and responsibility
