JSC "CREDI AGRICOLE BANK" invites a Recruiter + Human Resources Inspector to its team

Functional duties:

• search and selection of personnel in the bank branch, using modern channels and personnel search tools.
• accounting of the personnel of the branch according to the unified forms of primary accounting documentation.
• admission, transfer and dismissal employees, working on weekends in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders, as well as other established personnel documentation.
• formation and management of personal files of department employees, makes changes related to work activities.
• keeping records of vacations granted to department employees, supervises the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules.
• maintenance of primary records of sick leave sheets.
• drawing up the timesheet of employees.
• timely inputting personnel data into the module "Personnel Management" of an IT enterprise.

It is important for us:

• Full higher education;
• A confident PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Experience of working on a similar position;
• Responsibility, self-organization, attentiveness;
• Ability and desire to work in a team.
