Who we are looking for:

• An employee with Recruiter / Researcher / HR experience of 1-2 years; 
• With good communication skills, result-oriented;
• With the ability to work in a team.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Selection of line personnel; 
• Formation of the position profile, discussion of requirements and desired competencies of candidates;
• Posting of vacancies on job sites, social media. networks, selection of the most effective platforms for posting vacancies;
• Conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates;
• Organization, conducting interviews;
• Adaptation.
