We are looking for a Recruiter-researcher who will strengthen our team and help quickly close vacancies with highly effective candidates. The main task is to select the best specialists who meet the requirements of the position, guide them through the adaptation process and ensure quick results.
What will you do?
Look for candidates who meet the company's requirements both in terms of professional skills and personal qualities.
Close vacancies for production, assistant, and managerial positions.
Interact with potential candidates through job sites and professional communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) .
Determine candidate profiles suitable for the company.
Keep a database of candidates.
Check candidate profiles, contact the best and bring them to an interview.
Conduct interviews with selected candidates.
Collect and submit information about candidates to the manager.
Develop effective strategies for finding the best candidates.
How do we see you?
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
Cane build processes from scratch, develop instructions, structure and prioritize tasks.
You have successful experience in finding sales managers and production staff, in particular on the cold base.
Do you know where and how to look for personnel in the domestic market.
You are confident using PC, CRM, Google Sheets and messengers. p>
