Our team is growing rapidly and intensively, so we are looking for a Sales Manager/Recruiter -star in the sea sphere.

What will you do?

• Search for candidates' resumes among the company's resources (warm base);
• Interact with sailors and agree on the details of cooperation - a full cycle of recruiting;
• Send forms to candidates and explain how to complete them correctly;
• Form contracts for seafarers, agree on their extension.

What does our Star Recruiter look like?:

• Experience as a recruiter, or sales manager - from 6 months;
• Understands recruiting processes and is able to guide the candidate through the funnel (from the first contact to transfer to the manager);
• Knows how to use different sources for research;
• You have great communication skills and can handle rejections;
• Active life position - you take responsibility and initiate;
• No bad habits - our team behind Healthy Caid Life and we are against smoking and alcohol consumption.

It will be "+":

• Experience as a crew manager
• Experience in hunting
• Knowledge of English from B1
