Now our team is looking for a HR manager in the city of Kyiv for our partners. Status Group - leader in the metropolitan real estate market with 15 years of experience:              

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">experience in searching and selecting office, work positions and top management; 




• completed higher education;

• experience with adaptation and training systems staff will be an advantage;

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

experience in development and implementation of HR processes will be an advantage;

• PC proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.);

Your scope of responsibilities:                                            

• recruiting and selection of personnel: planning, organizing and carrying out the hiring process of new employees from working personnel to top management and narrow-profile specialists
• management of the full cycle of selection of a specialist (from the withdrawal of the application to the completion of the initial adaptation);
• onboarding and adaptation: organization of the transition processes trial period and adaptation of new employees and staff motivation;
• interaction with internal recruitment teams;
• development and implementation of HR processes;
• employee training;
• development of corporate culture.

• Working schedule Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00 (lunch from 13:00 to 14:00)
