The main duties of the coordinator:

• Daily interactions with local performers and control of their activities;

• Checking the quality of tasks for their execution;

• Monitoring of tasks and prompt response to all questions;

• Maintaining a friendly atmosphere in work chats;

• Daily reporting.

If you know and can:

• Use Google Docs and Google Sheets (text formatting, use and setting of filters, application of various formulas for quick processing of information);

• Free to express opinions;

• Search for candidates according to clear criteria and maintain communication with them (especially on Upwork);

Formulate thoughts clearly and succinctly;

• Promptly respond to the situation and change statuses, give feedback to copywriters, content managers.

• Resolve conflict situations and disputes within the framework of cooperation with copywriters.

We offer:

• Remote work format: MON - FRI from 11:00 to 20:00 (in Cyprus)

• Salary: $350 per month;

- The increase in income depends on your activity and contribution to the development of the company;

- Possible salary increase above the specified fork

- Salary increase according to your responsibilities and areas within 3-6 months of work;

IMPORTANT: trial period: 1 month for part-time work (with the condition of working 4 hours a day); transfer to full-time work immediately after the end of the trial period.
