Recruiter (non-tech) in King Grup

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for non-tech positions (marketing, sales, administrative roles, etc.).

• Publication of vacancies on websites and social networks, active search for candidates.

• Communication with candidates: screening, organization of interviews, feedback.

• Coordinating with managers and supporting the hiring process.

• Maintaining the candidate database and suggestions for improving processes.

Requirements:

• Desire to develop in the field of recruiting and HR.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with by people.

• Organization and attention to details.

• Basic skills for working with Excel / Google Sheets

• Proactivity and willingness to learn new things.
