In connection with the active expansion of the company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager (HRM).

What we expect from the candidate:

• higher education (personnel management, psychology, management or related fields);
• experience in recruiting personnel (especially in manufacturing or construction companies will be a big plus);
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, principles of personnel accounting and HR processes;
• the ability to find an approach to people, establish effective communication and make informed decisions.

Tasks with which you will need to work:

• ensure the selection and placement of personnel in accordance with the company's needs;
• develop and implement HR plans, personnel reserve, personnel development strategy;
• coordinate the processes of hiring, transferring, and dismissing employees;
• participate in the formation of a corporate culture and maintaining a positive image of the employer.
