Recruiting team Varus invites a Rrecruiter for project work (outsourced format, not a full recruitment cycle).

Ready to consider only candidates with experience inRetail, HoReCa, Pharma, E-commerce.

What must be done:

• Selection of candidates for warehouse and admin. store positions;
• Working with all sources of personnel search (we provide access);
• Conducting telephone screening, according to basic selection criteria;
• Organizing interviews with Managers (Customers);
• Reporting (recruitment funnel).

We expect:

• Work experience in recruiting;
• Responsibility and self-organization;
• Proactivity;

Experience in mass recruitment is desirable.
