BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base

BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. approval of job descriptions, maintenance of the candidate database, preparation of reporting documentation and support of candidates. The position also involves participation in reporting and performing other tasks on the instructions of the manager in compliance with the Foundation's Code of Conduct.

Main duties:

  • Collection and preparation of tenders for positions in accordance with the Fund's program and department heads.

Necessary skills/qualifications

  • Work experience or internship in HR / recruiting will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of modern candidate search tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social networks).

  • Ability to organize and systematize information, keep documentation.

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail.

  • Responsibility, proactivity, sociability.

  • Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (required).

  • Proficient computer skills (Office 365 suite, Google Docs, Zoom, task managers, etc.).

  • Performing duties with gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse.
