WITH US YOU WILL:
- manage the agency's recruiting cycle (preparation, search, selection, hiring, preboarding);
- brief recruiters managers;
- develop a search strategy;
- prepare text, post vacancies and process feedback (so that none of the candidates is left without feedback);
- coordinate interviews and conduct initial interviews;
- maintain a candidate database and automate the hiring process in the HRM system (PeopleForce);
- support internal referral system: post job digests weekly and contact recommended candidates;
- control recruiting costs.
