Recruiter (non-IT) in OMG Agency

Join our team if you have the energy and desire to form a creative team, optimize the hiring process and think of non-standard ways to find specialists. Examples of vacancies you will deal with: smm manager, creative copywriter, designer, project manager, account manager, etc.

Work schedule: full-time, remoteor hybrid (I would like to see you live 2-3 times a week). We work in a comfortable pet-friendly open space office in the center of the capital, on Vozdvizhenka.

Stages of interviews: Interview with HR- getting to know the COO.

WITH US YOU WILL:

• manage the agency's recruiting cycle (preparation, search, selection, hiring, preboarding);
• brief recruiters managers;
• develop a search strategy;
• prepare text, post vacancies and process feedback (so that none of the candidates is left without feedback);
• coordinate interviews and conduct initial interviews;
• maintain a candidate database and automate the hiring process in the HRM system (PeopleForce);
• support internal referral system: post job digests weekly and contact recommended candidates;
• control recruiting costs.

IMPORTANT TO HAVE:
