Recruiter (mass recruitment) in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

Confectionery Corporation "ROSHEN" is one of the largest manufacturers of confectionery products in Ukraine. 

We invite a recruiter to join the team to ensure mass recruitment at the factory in Boryspil.

Main duties:

• Mass recruitment (professionals: transporters, packers, line operators, etc.)

• Active search for candidates (job sites, social networks, recommendations, alternative channels)

• Conducting telephone interviews and recording candidates for interviews

• Organizing and conducting interviews at the enterprise

• Managing the candidate database and reporting

• Searching for new effective channels for attracting candidates

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in of recruiting from 1 year (preferably mass selection or production)

• Confident use of job sites and messengers

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with a large flow of candidates

• Orientation on results

• Ability to work in a dynamic mode
