HR manager in Lextensio

Lextensio is an international consulting company specializing in legal and financial services for IT businesses. 

The company provides high-quality legal and financial services to startups, software companies, social networks, mobile applications and other technology-related businesses. 

Requirements:

• Experience:From 2 years of experience in the position of HR manager.
• Communicativeness:Excellent communication skills, ability to create an atmosphere in a team
Ability to achieve and exceeding the set goals.
• Independence:The ability to adjust the entire system of HR processes from recruiting and onboarding of new employees to HR support of the team.

Mandatory residence of the candidate in Kyiv (region), but the mode of work is remote.

Duties:

• support of onboarding, adaptation and trial period for new by employees;
• organization of corporate events, offline days and team participation in international and local conferences;
• greeting and organization of gift delivery to employees and contractors;
• ordering of corporate merch and control of contractors;
• creating and maintaining regular HR processes in the team (1-on-1, surveys, career growth, KPI, mentoring, greetings, internal training).
