We are looking for a motivated and energetic recruiter to join our dynamic HR department. As anin-house recruiter, you will be a key person in recruiting the best cable technicians in the US market for our team of over300 contractors. Work experience is not required, however a strong desire to learn and develop in the recruiting field is essential. none">Responsibilities:

• Implementation of effective recruiting strategies to determine the best fit for open positions. font-style; text-decoration: none">Usage ofjob sites, to attract qualified candidates.

• Planning and conductingonline interviews text-decoration: none">coordinating offers and help with the preparation of documents for new employees.

• ConductCRM systems, maintaining the relevance of data, preparing reports for the recruiting team leader in order to effectively control and track the hiring process.

• Cooperation with the head of the recruiting team to understand the needs of the company and successfully close vacancies.

• Constant search for opportunities for improving the recruiting process and improving the quality of the candidate experience.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent; higher education in the field of HR or related fields will be an advantage.

• Willingness to exercise20+ cold calls per day to form a stable flow of candidates.

• Opportunity to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, New York, from Monday to Friday.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish contact.

• Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to master new tools and processes.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
