Recruiter (IT, C-level, office vacancies) in UPG

The national network of gas stations UPG is looking for an effective Recruiter, capable of filling vacancies efficiently and in a timely manner.

The role of HR is very important, therefore, first of all, we need a person who will be involved in finding the best for our team.

What will be required engage in:

• Plan and carry out the process of personnel selection and hiring in accordance with the needs of the Company

• Work with all possible channels of attracting candidates

• Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their professional skills and determine suitability positions

• Keep a database of candidates and analytics of the recruiting process

What skills will become in available:

• Experience in a similar position from 6 months (willing to teach)

• Understanding the principles of recruitment and awareness of the importance of this function

• The ability to work effectively with all possible and available channels of search and engagement candidates

• High level of communication, because communication is the most important skill in life, and even more so in the life of HRa
