Recruiter (IT) in King Grup

King Group is a Ukrainian product IT company in the field of iGaming. We create our own technological solutions and develop brands known on the market. Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for a Recruiter to take over the full cycle of hiring specialists.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing the full cycle of recruiting: from the application for a vacancy - to the offer.
• Preparation and publication of vacancies on platforms (Djinni, DOU, LinkedIn, local resources).
• Active sourcing of candidates: LinkedIn, Djinni, databases and internal resources.
• Primary screenings: calls, initial assessment of culture fit.
• Maintenance of ATS (we use PeopleForce).
• Communication with hiring managers.
• Support of the offer process and pre-boarding.
• Generation of ideas to improve recruiting processes and attract talent.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as an IT recruiter of 0.5 years or more.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates.
• Successful experience in closing positions at various levels (both technical and non-technical).
• Strong sourcing skills and mastery of automation tools.
• Orientation in basic IT and technical terminology.
• Multitasking, effective time management, focus on results.
• Ability to make decisions independently and cooperate effectively in a team.
