Recruiter Intern in NovaPay

We create modern payment solutions for businesses and millions of users. We are developing our own payment system, a mobile application and offer a wide range of products and services both offline - in Nova Poshta branches and online.

We are currently inviting a Recruiter Intern to the team.

About role:

This is a great opportunity to start a career in recruiting, gain practical experience in a FinTech company and develop together with an experienced HR team.

Our expectations:

• interest in recruiting and HR;
• desire to learn and develop quickly;
• attention to details, responsibility, systematicity;
• skills for working with texts (letters, vacancies, notes).

It will be an advantage:

• English language at the A2-B1 level;
• training or courses in the field of HR / recruiting.

 Main tasks:

• help in finding candidates (sourcing) for vacancies different areas (tech/non-tech);
• work with resumes and candidate databases;
• participation in the initial screening together with the recruiter;
• work with the ATS system (we will teach and support);
• assistance in the preparation of reports and analytics;
• participation in internal HR projects of the team.
