In connection with the growth of the company, we are strengthening the HR department and invite to the team a Recruiter / HR assistant who will help us attract strong specialists and build effective HR-processes.

We are looking for an attentive, responsible and communicative person who is interested in working with people, processes and results, and who is ready to develop in the field of HR.
You are ideal for us if:
- you have experience in recruiting or a desire to develop in HR (experience will be an advantage);
- you can clearly record information and work with data;
- communicate easily with people, know how to ask questions and listen;
- take responsibility for deadlines and agreements;
- know how to organize processes and work with several vacancies at the same time;
- have basic skills in working with tables, documents and messengers.
Your tasks:
You you will become part of the HR team and accompany the recruitment process - from the application to the candidate's departure for work.
Main duties:
- Accept applications for recruitment according to the approved form.
- Coordinate the requirements for vacancies with department heads.
- Form and record the candidate's profile (experience, competencies, requirements).
- Post vacancies and search for candidates through all available channels.
- View and select resumes according to the job profile.
- Conduct telephone interviews with candidates.
- Form a list of candidates recommended for interviews.
- Organize interviews with department heads.
- Conduct interviews with managers (after adaptation - independently).
- Accompany the candidate from the first contact to making a decision.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Form a personnel reserve for current and planned vacancies.
- Collect information for the adaptation of new employees.
- Maintain communication with new employees at the stage of starting work.
- Perform current HR tasks upon request management.
- Fix statuses for vacancies, etcand provide information about the recruitment process.
