In connection with the increase of our client base and the launch of new projects, we are looking for a recruiter for our international employment agency!

We are a successful agency that helps candidates find jobs in the hotel and restaurant sector in Germany, Spain, Poland and Austria.

What we offer:
Remote work: work from anywhere in the world.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (lunch break from 2:00 p.m. to 15:00).
Stable income: base rate from 500 euros + guaranteed bonuses for the implementation of the plan.
Start of work: end of January - beginning of February.

What you need:
Experience as a recruiter will be an advantage, but we are ready to train newcomers.
Knowledge of the field hotel and restaurant business will be a plus.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: English, German, Polish, Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
Energy, sociability and love of communicating with people.
Organized, responsible and the ability to work for results.
Desire to develop in the field of international employment.
Work is remote, so during working hours you need to have access to Internet.

Your responsibilities:
Look for and select candidates for vacancies in the hotel and restaurant sector (recruitment of personnel for positions of all levels - from maid to the head of the hotel and restaurant chain).
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and help them with the preparation of documents.
Accompany candidates at all stages of employment. 
Keep a database of candidates and report on the work done.
