Job Description

Work Vision Group is an employment agency specializing in the recruitment of workers from the Philippines and other countries to work in companies in Poland. 400">Due to active development, we are looking for a recruiter for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates for Polish companies (most candidates are already in Poland).
• Working with incoming applications, searching for candidates via Facebook, messengers, job platforms.
• Communicating with candidates by phone or via messengers.
• Consultation on working conditions, company location, visa process and relocation.
• Formation of a minimum package of documents for employment.
• Data entry to the CRM system.
• Coordination of candidates during relocation.
• Participation in the development of the agency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• English language - not lower than B1 level (for communication with candidates and the team).
• Experience as an HR specialist or recruiter in Ukraine, or similar experience in mass recruitment abroad.
• Active life position, desire to develop and achieve results.
• Stable Internet and connection.
• Ability to come to the office once a month in Kyiv.
• Love for people and the desire to help them find work.

Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (remote, Kyiv time)
