Head of clothing production in Maksi - servis, TOV

Kvitka production is a full-cycle workshop (designer + cut + tailoring) for clothing brands.

We work with small and medium batches (20-1000 units).

Duties:

1. Organization of production

• team loading planning
• setting tasks for a day / week
• quality control at key stages
• control of delivery dates

2. Coordination with the customer

• calculation of tailoring cost
• approval of technical details
• acceptance and approval of test samples
• project management from the first contact to delivery of the batch

3. Finding and attracting new customers

• active communication in the field of clothing production
• creating and placing applications in profile groups and chats
• conducting communication on Instagram / messengers
• factory recommendations to new brands
• maintaining long-term relations

Requirements:

• experience in garment production (supervisor, technologist, foreman or manager)
• understanding of processes: construction of patterns, cutting, nodes, technology
• ability to communicate with different customers
• responsibility, punctuality, ability to work at a fast pace
• experience in managing a team of seamstresses will be a plus
• basic literacy in Excel / Google spreadsheets

Working conditions:

Flexible shop location
• a friendly team (7 seamstresses, designer) is possible to expand

Payment:

ONLY % of projects (no rate).

The system is simple and transparent:

• % from each project (deposit + full volume)
• average earnings with active work: 20,000 — 50,000 UAH/month
• no upper limit (the more projects, the higher the income)
