Job: Recruiter / HR (US market)

Hello, We are a direct American logistics company UT-Service LLC, which is actively growing and looking for a Recruiter / HR team. Salary and bonuses

• Basic salary: UAH 25,000 - 50,000/month (depending on experience). 
• KPI performance bonuses > opportunity to significantly increase income.
• Direct US employer = stability and fair conditions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Search and recruiting:
  • Drivers (truck drivers).
  • Owner-operators (truck owners).
  • Dispatchers for the logistics department.
• Conducting interviews and initial assessment of candidates.
• Maintaining the candidate database, communication support.
• Working with KPIs after closing vacancies.

Requirements

• Fluent English (verbal and written communication).
• Experience in recruiting or HR will be an advantage, but willing teach.
• Ability to find and motivate people.
• Organization.

Work schedule

• From 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (Kyiv time at times).
