What we want to see in you:

• availability of a basic or full higher education (preferably in the direction of "Personnel Management", "Psychology", "Sociology");
• work experience from the HR field or in other areas of economic activity for at least 1 year;
• knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• experienced user of the Microsoft Office software package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, social networks;
• interviewing skills;
• fluency in the state language;
• ability to work in multitasking mode and process large volumes of information;
• communication, attention and politeness;
• focus on the result;
• active attitude in life;
• desire for self-improvement;
• love for your work and for people.

What will you do:

• consult on employment issues using modern job search methods (assistance in creating a modern resume, use of electronic resources, negotiation skills, etc.);
• collect and consolidate information regarding the need for retraining, form groups, resolve organizational issues regarding training.
• communicate with educational institutions regarding the possibility of training (retraining) for the residents of Mariupol, collect and consolidate information;
• prepare reports and analytics on the work done for management.
