Recruiter / HR Specialist in Atmosfera

Atmosphere is a leading Ukrainian company in the field of solar energy and energy-independent solutions. We have been developing and uniting strong players into a single ecosystem for 14 years in a row.  The largest representative offices in Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih and Khmelnytskyi.

We are growing, expanding our teams and looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist who will be responsible for the selection and adaptation of new employees.

Main tasks:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from gathering needs to offer and exit candidate

• Managing the hiring funnel and working with recruitment analytics

• Organizing and supporting the onboarding of new employees

• Tracking the trial period and supporting adaptation

• Cooperation with team leaders for high-quality closing of vacancies

• Participation in the development of the company's HR processes, in particular implementation of the assessment, training and development (L&D) system

We expect:

• Experience in recruiting and/or HR from 1 year

• Ability to work with different types of vacancies (office, sales, technical roles, warehouse and logistics).

• Systematic, responsible, strong communication skills skills

• The desire to develop in the HR profession and influence the company's processes.
