Doctor Eleks is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates an ecosystem of medical solutions for thousands of clinics and millions of patients. We are growing, and with growth we need a strong Recruiter / HR Specialist who will support our People processes and help build a cool team.
Main tasks
Recruiting (70%)
• Full cycle of recruiting for technical and non-technical positions (mainly Middle).
• Briefing vacancies with hiring managers and forming a profile candidate.
• Search, screening, conducting interviews (HR + primary technical filter).
• Candidate management, communication and support at all stages.
• Working with active and passive candidates.
HR Function (30%)
• Onboarding of new employees and assistance in preboarding processes.
• Support of the team climate: micro-interactions, mini-initiatives, pulse-surveys.
• Collaboration with the People Operations Manager to improve HR processes.
• Participation in internal projects: training, mini-events, welcome processes, etc.
Our ideal candidate
• 1+ years of commercial experience in recruiting (IT is a must).
• Basic understanding of HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, 121, feedback.
• Analytical thinking and love for a structured approach.
• Proactiveness - you do not sit waiting for manna from heaven, but offer, improve, move.
