- Ensuring the organization of the production process of medical products in accordance with the requirements of approved documentation, production plans and delivery schedules, in compliance with GMP rules and standards of quality.
- Participation in the development and implementation of plans for technical re-equipment and development of production, its efficiency, reduction of material, financial and labor costs for the production of products in accordance with the procedures of changes and SARA in force at the enterprise. about divisions, their functional goals and objectives, plans of the enterprise and plans of subordinate divisions.
- Determining the need for resources necessary for the performance of work (human, financial, material, technical, informational, time).
- Analysis of the production activities of workshops for the implementation of production plans, the use of raw materials, materials, and energy resources.
- Control of the development and compliance with the norms of consumption of the main types of raw materials and materials, ensuring their effective use.
Responsibilities:
- Education: higher pharmaceutical or technical, with a specialty in the relevant field of training;
- Experience in the specialty - at least 5 years in managerial positions in production management at pharmaceutical enterprises;
- Knowledge of the basics of legislation on medicinal products and the Rules of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP);
- Knowledge the basics of drug production technology;
- knowledge of the requirements and order of the organization of the production process and the production logistics process of a pharmaceutical enterprise;
- Skills of organizing the process of managing the production divisions of a pharmaceutical enterprise, planning, analyzing and controlling activities;
- Management experience, including conducting meetings and business negotiations.
