Recruiter, HR manager in a network of online stores in Princesa Diana

We are looking for a Recruiter- HR manager for an online beauty and electronics store (work experience is a must).

About the role

U we are a small team of about 20 people, so it is important not only to close vacancies, but also to build together HR processes that really strengthen the team and the result.

Main tasks of HR

• placement vacancies on specialized resources

• initial selection of candidates and conducting interviews

• preparation and updating of job instructions

• participation in building/improving processes in departments

• help in the creation of a KPI system for the team

Additional tasks

• communication and control of the work of contractors

• execution of short marketing tasks (if necessary)

• optimization of time for analytics and internal communication teams

• maintenance of a healthy atmosphere and team interaction

• participation in brainstorming and corporate life

• have experience in HR or as an assistant manager from 1 year

• have good verbal and written skills Ukrainian

• you are confident in using basic tools: copy/paste, screen demonstration in Google Meet, delayed messages in Telegram, a call to the Nova Poshta hotline (and not you get lost if an order is “stuck” somewhere)
